Amy McCook
Principal & Co-Founder
Amy McCook brings disciplined vision and retail strategy to every project at JETT Retail Development. With deep experience in ground-up development, she has led the execution of complex retail projects across the Southeast — guiding sites from acquisition and entitlement through delivery.
Amy began her career at Walt Disney Imagineering, contributing to real estate strategy and experiential retail environments. She later held a leadership role at Equinox Development, where she directed high-profile retail projects and built lasting relationships with municipalities, tenants, and capital partners.
Her approach blends creativity with structure — aligning site selection, deal strategy, and execution to deliver high-performing retail assets.
Amy has been recognized by the Orlando Business Journal as a Woman to Watch and remains actively involved in the commercial real estate community through CREW Network, ICSC, and the UCF Real Estate Advisory Council.
She holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from New York University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Miami. Amy lives in Central Florida with her husband and two children.
GENNY HALL
Principal & Co-Founder
Before co-founding JETT, Genny served as Managing Director at Colliers, where she led the retail leasing platform for Central Florida, completing over $480 million in retail transactions. Her work spanned power centers, lifestyle destinations, ground-up developments, and specialty mixed-use projects, with a client portfolio that included Regency Centers, Crow Holdings, TIAA-CREF, and GE Real Estate.
She later became a partner at Equinox Development, leveraging her unmatched network of national and regional retailers, landowners, and brokers to spearhead strategic retail growth for the company. Her deep industry insight and relationships allowed her to identify prime locations, negotiate optimal deals, and create thriving retail environments that benefited all stakeholders.
Genny holds a B.S. in both Finance and Real Estate from Florida State University, where she has served on the Real Estate Trends Committee as a member for the past five years. She has been an active member of ICSC and a trusted presence in the Orlando real estate market since 2003. She resides in Winter Park, Florida with her two daughters, Marlowe and Adair.
